I ordered from feelgreatgoods.com not really knowing what to expect, but when the package showed up and I took it out, I was surprised. The material felt way nicer than I thought it would—soft enough to be comfortable, but still sturdy, not that thin cheap stuff you sometimes get online.

I’ve used it a few times now and already put it through the wash, and it’s still holding up really well. No weird fading, no loose threads, and it still looks pretty much like it did when I first opened it. Definitely happy with how it turned out

I requested a refund thinking it would be straightforward, but apparently that was a bit too optimistic. It took longer than expected, I had to follow up more than once, and the responses I got were not exactly crystal clear. To be fair, it did eventually get sorted, so there’s that. But the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make refunds a lot easier...

My order showed up in this really thin box with hardly any padding at all. The corners were smashed up, and one of the items looked like it had been bouncing around inside during shipping. Everything was still usable, thankfully, but uh, for what I paid, the packing felt cheap and careless. Not a great experience, honestly...
